Our rates and charges for 2010
We can offer discounts for long stays of 5 days or more.

Generally our charges are now 45 Euros per night per room with two people.

For the higher seasonal charges it is 50 euros per night.
For 2010 this is from 27th March to 16th April (Easter / Semana Santa) & 10th July to 11th September,
Through the autumn & winter months it is 45 Euros.
For the Christmas/New Year period we are offering a special all inclusive stay.
This is will be per person per night for breakfast, lunch and dinner with wine included as a Yuletide celebration.
It is intended for those who want a family occasion away enjoying an English style fare.
Our prices for this have yet to be determined.
A 25% deposit is required with a further similar payment before arrival.
Our winter rates will apply until just before Easter 2011.

To reserve a room please call or email us with your details, phone number and the number of rooms and people you wish us to receive.
However as we also receive many bookings through internet based companies, where they do take deposits on our behalf,
we recommend, especially at peak times, to send a deposit for the reservation to secure your booking.
We only ask for approximately 25% reservation fee per room per night and you can do so using the PayPal link below.
Please adjust the quantity on the PayPal screen for more than one room bookings.

We have ample free parking for cars and covered parking if needed for motorbikes.
Communal television and DVD with BSB SKY TV & Spanish Digital.
Spanish digital TV & DVD in each bedroom with a DVD library available.
Cots, Internet / Wi Fi, Lounge, Garden, vineyard and small animals.
Credit cards accepted.

·         A Continental buffet breakfast is included with the room rates
·          Breakfast is served from: 7:30 to 10:00
·          Dinner is available by special request at 15 euros per person
·          No minimum stay required
·          Smoking is not allowed either inside the house, in the rooms or on the balcony
·          Guest pets are welcome (Only small pets)
·          Children are welcome
·          Purchase of and consumption of alcohol is permitted (Drink carefully)
·          Our bar is open in the evenings.
·          Check in time is 16:00 and Check out time is 12:00

Please remember this is a Guest House / Bed & Breakfast
and you are expected to vacate the premises during the day
in order for us to clean and attend to the maintenance for others.
It is not a vacation villa.
There are 4 dogs and 3 cats on the property along with geese, ducks and a number of chickens.
All are very friendly and are for everyone's enjoyment.
